Phare Cambodian Circus
Enjoy an evening performance at the renowned Phare Cambodian Circus Show. The hour-long show provides an engaging and artistic way to learn about modern life in Cambodia.
The show starts at 8pm, offering a wonderful display of performing arts, including music, acrobatics, dance and theatre, coming together to tell stories of life in modern-day Cambodia.
The original Phare Ponleu Selpak was set up in Battambang in 1994, started by returning refugees who had escaped during the Khmer Rouge Regime. The idea was to use performing arts as therapy for trauma. The company has worked with hundreds of people in Cambodia, and had also helped to preserve and rejuvenate traditional Khmer culture.
