A classic English country style hotel, Highgrove House Country Hotel is situated on a working avocado and macadamia nut farm between White River and Hazyview. Set in a beautiful lush indigenous garden, the hotel has sweeping views over the Mpumalanga Lowveld Mountains and a valley of scenic forests and orchards.
Each of the eight individually decorated garden suites include full en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower, luxurious bathrobes, pure cotton sheets, goose down duvets and king size or twin beds. All suites also include overhead fans, a separate sitting room with an open fireplace and secluded verandas with lovely views. There are two private orchard suites, each boasting a sauna, swimming pool and secluded garden. In the peaceful garden surrounds guests can enjoy breakfast in the Victorian gazebo, and evening dinner in the candlelit restaurant; there is also an outdoor terrace, bar, lounge, and swimming pool.

When to go
The Panorama Region is defined by its breathtaking scenery and magnificent rock formations covered in rich and varied plant life which is influenced by extreme climate and a range of altitudes. Temperatures remain fairly consistent throughout the year, however, the best months to visit are from August to November.
