Sonia Davies, Chief Executive Officer
Having worked across a number of different industries and functional areas, Sonia joined Imagine 2018 with a strong background of strategy consulting and leadership. She is responsible for Imagine’s day to day operation, ensuring every member of the team is putting clients at the heart of what they do. Sonia’s favourite holidays involve sunshine, activity, great scenery and good food. She was named one of the ‘Women to Watch in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure Index 2019’.
Andre Rickerby, Chief Marketing Officer
Andre joined as our Chief Marketing Officer in April 2019, having previously worked in retail for nearly ten years. Originally from New Zealand, Andre moved to London in 2005 where he began his digital marketing career. Andre loves travelling off the beaten track and one of his most memorable travel experiences was camping under a glacier.
Brian Wewege, Chief Technology Officer
Brian joined in August 2015 having relocated with his wife and 2 children from South Africa. Brian has spent the last 13 years with &Beyond, the leading luxury safari lodge and tour operator in Southern and East Africa, as well as South Asia. Brian is busy adjusting to the grey skies of London and dreaming of his next Imagine holiday!
Daniel Smith, Head of Imagine Travel
Dan joined the team in 2018 after spending 11 years working with two other leading tour operators. He’s responsible for ensuring the team deliver exceptional holiday experiences and outstanding guest service. When he can Dan loves to embark on exciting trips – his most recent adventure saw him walk across the north of Sudan, exploring remote ruins along the way.
John Taker, Global Product Director
John joined Imagine in April 2019 having worked in the Travel and Tourism industry for the past 30 years in a variety of roles including Purchasing Director at both Virgin Holidays and Emirates. John’s favourite holidays involve mountains, be that skiing, hiking or enjoying alpine cuisine.
Ollie Evans, Director of Business Development
After a short stint as an investment banker, Olly did a season as a resort accountant in Courchevel 1850. After working many subsequent seasons in France, he is now responsible for sourcing the best product for Imagine. An avid ski and watersports enthusiast, he has travelled from Austria to Zimbabwe always in search of the best mountains and beaches.
Robin Wooldridge, Chief Financial Officer
Robin joined the team in January 2019. He has previously occupied the role of Chief Financial Officer at Allocate Software and OB10. One of Robin’s favourite travel experiences was camping in the deserts of Oman and turtle watching.
