Sarah first visited Latin America at age 18 when she spent a month travelling around Mexico, learning about the Aztec and Mayan civilizations and ending up on the paradise island of Ambergris Caye in Belize where she learnt to scuba dive. Since then she has found herself drawn back to this part of the world for its cultures, wildlife and dramatic landscapes.
Throughout the years she has travelled extensively through Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. Some of her favourite memories in Latin America include walking in the footsteps of the Incas on the Inca trail, horse riding across the immense Patagonian wildernesses of Chile and Argentina and watching great ice sheets crash into Lago Argentino at the impressive Perito Moreno Glacier. As an avid wildlife enthusiast, she'll always have a soft spot for the Galapagos Islands while Peru never fails to tantalise her with its colourful culture, friendly locals and food!
On a recent trip to Guyana she truly fell in love with the country for its pristine natural beauty, home to such a diverse abundance of wildlife. She loves to share her own passions and experiences with people, and this is what led her to working in the travel industry. There’s something wonderfully satisfying about helping clients put together their perfect, dream holiday to destinations that she know they will love as much as she does.
