When To Go To Laos
Laos has a tropical monsoon climate which is split into two main seasons, wet and dry. The best time to visit is from November to March, but the northern highlands can get cold over the winter months.
The Dry Season - November to March
The best time to visit Laos is during the dry season from November to March.
At this time the warm and sunny days are ideal for sightseeing throughout the country.
The temperatures start to rise in March and March to June are the hotter months, when the humidity is at its highest.
The Wetter Season - April to October
Humidity is highest between May and September
