Simon Russell, Chief Executive Officer
An accountant by profession, Simon has spent his career in travel working for Thomas Cook in the UK and &Beyond in South Africa prior to Imagine. Simon is responsible for Imagine’s operation on a day to day basis, ensuring every member of the team is putting clients at the heart of what they do. Simon has 3 children and is a keen windsurfer, kitesurfer, snowboarder and runner.
Julian Ghinn, Chief Financial Officer
Julian joined the team in November 2012. After reading Business Economics and Accountancy at Southampton University, he qualified as an Accountant and has spent the majority his career in retail, most recently as Finance Director for LK Bennett and then Cath Kidston. Julian has 3 children and spends his spare time sailing and on his canal boat.
Graham Horner, Chief Marketing Officer
Following 5 years as Marketing Director at the Telegraph, Graham joined the team in January 2014. With previous senior marketing roles at Coca-Cola and the Nectar Card and a lifelong passion for travel, Graham is busy putting all his experience to work in growing the Imagine brand (and testing out the product!). Graham has 3 kids and, on days off, can be found at his beach hut on the South Coast.
Brian Wewege, Chief Technology Officer
Brian joined in August 2015 having relocated with his wife and 2 children from South Africa. Brian has spent the last 13 years with &Beyond, the leading luxury safari lodge and tour operator in Southern and East Africa, as well as South Asia. Brian is busy adjusting to the grey skies of London and dreaming of his next Imagine holiday!
Olly Evans, Product and Operations Director
After a short stint as an investment banker, Olly did a season as a resort accountant in Courchevel 1850. After working many subsequent seasons in France, he is now responsible for sourcing the best product for Imagine. An avid ski and watersports enthusiast, he has travelled from Austria to Zimbabwe always in search of the best mountains and beaches.
Tori Deely, HR Director
Tori heads up the HR department at Imagine, providing support to all staff, managing the recruitment and selection of staff, induction and training, staff welfare and all HR related matters. She lives with her husband in London and recently become a Mum to her son Mikey. Her holidays look very different from now on in!
