At Imagine Travel, our mission is simple: to give our clients incredible travel experiences, for incredible value. It all starts with our travel specialists. You won’t meet a group of individuals more passionate about their destinations. If they could be in Africa, Asia, India or Latin America right now, they would be. When they’re not travelling themselves, they love nothing more than sharing their insights, ideas and secrets with clients by crafting itineraries that perfectly match their interests, preferences and budgets.
The holiday ideas on our website are designed by our specialists using their expertise and knowledge from the time they have spent in these destinations. Take these itineraries as a guide for inspiration; however they are really just a starting point as all our holidays are tailor-made. No tour dates, no particular length of time that you have to stay somewhere and plenty of property options to suit different budgets - it’s created from scratch just for you.

We listen to you and ask plenty of questions to find out exactly what you want from your holiday – your interests, budget, the type of holidays you have enjoyed in the past and what you want out of this holiday. We know holidays are often one of the most expensive purchases of the year and laden with high expectations – so we do everything we can to get to the bottom of what will make your trip perfect.
We do all the hard work and design a trip around you. We will prepare and send you a personalised holiday itinerary – both in the post and via email. This will include full descriptions of the destinations, properties and experiences that we think are right for you; along with photos and maps plus any flight details if you want to book these with us. This is where our insider knowledge really shines as we introduce you to hidden gems known only to a select few.
Together we will tweak and refine your holiday until you are 100% happy with it. When you’re ready to book, we will ask for a deposit and then get everything booked up for you. The final balance will be due 3 months before your holiday.
Two to three weeks before you travel, we’ll send you a luxury travel pack with your final itinerary, a guidebook, luggage labels, telephone numbers and useful destination and travel information. We are always on hand to answer any last minute questions and do keep an eye out for ‘before you go emails’ full of lots of useful advice, good holiday reads and photography tips. Get packing and go and have fun!
