Begin in the heart of Costa Rica relaxing in the verdant Central Valley, from here travel to the remote Tortuguero National Park and explore the winding canals in search of wildlife. Continue to the adventure capital Arenal, where your time is spent hiking the country's most iconic volcano and indulging in the finest hot springs in the area. Transfer to the beautiful and wild Osa Peninsula, teeming with wildlife, pristine tropical rainforest, wild beaches, and tangled mangroves. Finally, head towards the popular Manuel Antonio, where you have time to relax on the white-sand beaches for the last three days of your stay.
Day 1 - 2 : San Jose, Costa Rica
Stay at Grano de Oro for 1 night
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with an airport reception and private transfer to your hotel. This evening, either relax at the hotel or venture out to explore the city.
Days 2 - 4 : Tortuguero, Costa Rica
Stay at Tortuga Lodge for 2 nights
From San Jose you will be transferred by road and boat to Tortuguero National Park. During your stay, enjoy guided boat tours through the narrow canals of the national park in search of caimans, sloths, toucans, turtles and monkeys. The boats are small and without a canopy for a better view. Hikes around the national park and walks to Tortuguero village are also possible to organise.
Your stay at Tortuga Lodge includes full board accommodation and excursions.
Days 4 - 7 : Arenal, Costa Rica
Stay at Amor Arenal for 3 nights
Enjoy a scenic boat ride back to the Caño Blanco Port for your onward journey to Arenal.
During your time in Arenal you have included a private volcano hike and afterwards, an afternoon soaking in the Ecotermales Hot Springs. Also included on your second day is a private Sky tram, zip lining through the canopy and walking along the hanging bridges.
Days 7 - 10 : Corcovado and Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica
Stay at El Remanso Lodge for 3 nights
This morning you will be transferred to San Jose airport for your domestic flight to Puerto Jimenez. On arrival here you will be met and driven to El Remanso Rainforest Wildlife Lodge.
All your meals are included during your stay.
Spend your time here connecting with nature, in the rainforest or on the beach. There is an abundance of activities and experiences available to organise through the lodge, from peaceful early morning birdwatching to challenging jungle hikes, waterfall rappelling or take a boat to Golfo Dulce for some dolphin spotting.
Days 10 - 13 : Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica
Stay at Arenas del Mar for 3 nights
After breakfast, check out and transfer overland to Manuel Antonio for the last three nights spent at your beachfront hotel, relaxing by the pool or on the beach.
During your time here, we highly recommend a visit to Manuel Antonio National Park. The 3,000-acre Manuel Antonio National Park boasts white sand beaches, abundant fauna and flora, as well as scenic footpaths making it one of the most beautiful parks in Costa Rica. Included in your stay is a private 3-hour surf lesson with a professional instructor.
Day 13 - 14 : Flight Home
Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Tortuguero Beach is considered the most important nesting sites in the Western Hemisphere for the endangered Green Turtle. Nesting occurs mainly from June to October and this excursion allows you up close to witness this incredible phenomenon.
