Begin in the heart of Costa Rica relaxing in the verdant Central Valley, from here travel to the remote Tortuguero National Park and explore the winding canals in search of wildlife. Continue to the adventure capital Arenal, where your time is spent hiking around the country's most iconic volcano, bird-watching with a specialist and indulging in the finest hot springs in the area. Transfer to the popular Manuel Antonio, where you have time to relax on the white-sand beaches before ending in the beautiful and wild Osa Peninsula. Day 1 - 2 : San Jose, Costa Rica
Stay at Grano de Oro for 1 night
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with an airport reception and private transfer to your hotel. During your time here you'll have the opportunity to relax or venture out to one of the city's exquisite museums.
Days 2 - 4 : Tortuguero NP, Costa Rica
Stay at Manatus Lodge for 2 nights
From San Jose you will be transferred by road and boat to Tortuguero National Park. During your stay enjoy guided boat tours through the narrow canals of the national park in search of caimans, sloths, toucans, turtles and monkeys. The boats are small and without a canopy for a better view. Hikes around the national park and walks to Tortuguero village can also be enjoyed.
Your stay at Manatus Hotel includes full board accommodation and excursions.
Days 4 - 6 : La Fortuna, Costa Rica
Stay at Arenal Nayara for 2 nights
Enjoy a scenic boat ride back to the Cano Blanco Port and transfer to the meeting point in Guapiles. Here you will be met for your private transfer to Arenal.

Days 6 - 9 : Quepos, Costa Rica

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Manuel Antonio. Spend three nights at your beachfront hotel relaxing by the pool or on the beach.
During your time here, we highly recommend a visit to Manuel Antonio National Park. The 3,000-acre Manuel Antonio National Park boasts white sand beaches, abundant fauna, exuberant flora and scenic footpaths making it one of the most beautiful parks in Costa Rica.
Days 9 - 12 : Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica
Stay at Lapa Rios Lodge for 3 nights
After breakfast check out and transfer to Quepos airstrip for your flight to Puerto Jimenez in the Osa Peninsula. On arrival take a shared transfer to Lapa Rios Lodge and enjoy the next three nights set in a nature wonderland teeming with wildlife, pristine tropical rainforest and wild beaches.
During your stay you can choose from a number of on-site guided tours which include the following: sunrise or sunset birding tour, wild waterfall walk, local medicine tour, rainforest ridge walk, osa trail, matapalo tour and night walk.

Day 12 - 13 : Alajuela
Stay at Xandari Resort & Spa for 1 night
Early breakfast and transfer back to Puerto Jimenez for your flight to San Jose. Check in to your hotel for your final night in Costa Rica.

Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
