Days 1 - 3 : Buenos Aires, Argentina
Upon arrival into Buenos Aires, transfer to your hotel located in sophisticated Recoleta. During your time in Argentina's capital city, we have included a number of tours which will allow you to explore Argentine culture at its best. Discover the city highlights on a half day tour and visit the colourful houses of La Boca, the antique hub of San Telmo and wander around the green and leafy Palermo. Enjoy the Argentine Experience, a unique culinary tour, which is a fun and exciting way to learn what being Argentine is all about. Create an empanada using the traditional ‘repulgue’ technique, taste the exquisite Argentinean steak, and master the art of making dulce de leche filled alfajores- an Argentine favourite.
Days 3 - 5 : El Calafate, Argentina
Stay at Esplendor El Calafate for 2 nights
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Calafate. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel. Explore Patagonia and visit the epic Perito Moreno Glacier, famed for being one of the only glaciers in the world to be advancing!
Note: Optional mini-trekking excursion can be added for a surcharge locally.
Days 5 - 8 : Torres del Paine NP, Chile
Stay at Hotel Las Torres for 3 nights
This morning transfer to your hotel, located within Torres del Paine National Park. This adventure playground is home to wild and magnificent landscapes and during your stay, all meals and activities have been included. Choose from horseback rides with an experienced gaucho, varying hiking trails to discover the flora and fauna, or taking a 4x4 to some of the more remote and pristine areas of the park.
Days 8 - 10 : Lake District, Chile
Today, fly to Puerto Montt in the Lake District and transfer to Cabanas Del Lago Hotel, located in the heart of Puerto Varas. We have included a half tour to Osorno Volcano, explore the surrounding towns and climb the volcano, where you can appreciate various view points on the way up. Alternatively if you don't fancy the climb, you can opt to take the chair lift, which reaches 1,750 metres. Your remaining time in Puerto Varas is at leisure, activities on offer include climbing the volcanoes, hiking, fishing, rafting, hiking and agro-tourism to name a few.
Days 10 - 13 : Near Bariloche, Argentina
Stay at Estancia Peuma Hue for 3 nights
Transfer to Bariloche in Argentina’s Lake District and check-in to your spectacular lake front eco-lodge. All meals and activities are included and Peuma Hue’s backyard provides an amazing wilderness setting to explore. The estancia has its own stables and can offer superb horse-back rides for any level. There is also a system of trails that lead directly into the heart of the wilderness allowing you to discover spectacular mountain scenery, waterfalls and forests along with the flora and fauna of the region. Lake activities range from swimming on warm days (you can even swim with the estancia’s horses) to sea-kayak adventures and fly-fishing. This is the perfect family destination with something for everyone to enjoy.
Days 13 - 15 : Iguazu Falls, Argentina
Stay at La Aldea de la Selva Lodge for 2 nights
This morning fly to Iguazu and on arrival transfer to your hotel. During your time in Iguazu, we have included a guided tour of both the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the waterfalls. Explore the numerous walkways and have the chance to explore the lush rainforest surrounds. During your stay, you will also embark on an exhilarating boat safari, which takes you right up to the foot of the falls, offering a completely different and close-up perspective. Be warned you will get wet!
Day 15 - 16 : Buenos Aires, Argentina
This afternoon, fly back to Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the evening at leisure.
Day 16 : Return flight home
This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight home.

When to go
Due to the sheer size of Argentina, there are different climates throughout the country. For this reason, it is better to visit different areas at different times. We recommend visiting between November and March for pleasant temperatures. our advice on when to visit the Valdes Peninsula will largely depend on the whale season. The northern region of Argentina boasts warm weather and fewer crowds during the months of May and June.
