The Mehtab Bagh is a park in Agra, just opposite the Taj Mahal, which is famous for its spectacular and unparalleled views of the famous mausoleum. The park was originally constructed by Emperor Babur long before the Taj Mahal. The gardens of the Taj Mahal are perfectly aligned with the gardens of Mehtab Bagh and the view of the Taj from the fountain by the entrance gate is particularly memorable. You can visit the park simply to walk around the manicured gardens and enjoy the view or bring a picnic and relax on the lawns.
