Day 3 - Me to We: Bogani Cottages
A second full day at the camp provides more time to work on your project and see it take shape before joining a beading circle to discover how the women are creating their own livelihoods.
Seeing your project progress and getting a glimpse of the legacy your visit will leave for the community is a rewarding experience to share with family and new friends. After working further in the morning you could spend the afternoon with the women of a beading circle to discover how this work benefits their families and empowers them to generate their own income.
From this sedate pursuit to a more active one, this afternoon you may take a hike with a Maasai warrior as they introduce you to the herbal medicines used by the community and discuss the hunting techniques and weapons used by themselves and their ancestors.
