Our teams have been busy repatriating guests from around the world and dealing with a high volume of calls from guests that were due to be travelling imminently, which has been our priority over the past weeks.
We are now working our way through the backlog of queries from guests due to be travelling in the coming weeks and have restructured our teams in order to deal with these, prioritising by departure date.
